It’s simple!

Just choose the documents you want to order from our website, type the name of the entity the documents relate to, add the order to the cart & pay online.

We offer international delivery by the fastest courier services worldwide (FedEx & DHL).

The documents usually take 24-48 hours to be delivered to your country, depending on your location.

You can pay in the following ways:

  • online, by credit or debit card (the easiest way!)
  • by PayPal (you will receive our PayPal address once you submit your order)
  • by bank transfer (you will receive the details once you submit the order)
  • by cash, when visiting our office (payment has to be done in order for us to process the order)

We will process your order the same day or next day, depending on the time of your order.

If you submit your order before 17.00 EET (Cyprus time), your order shall be processed the same day.

In case your order is submitted after 17.00, we will process your order next day.

Our colleagues will be in touch with you with the exact confirmation of time-frame for the delivery once the order is placed.

Usually it takes 1-2 working days for the documents to be produced.

We always order documents with expedited mode, therefore the procedure is more efficient comparing to the standard mode (which takes few weeks).

Of course it all depends on the Registrar of Companies, but from our experience issuing new documents doesn’t take more than 1-2 working days.

Our messengers take the original documents to the relevant department of Ministry of Justice and Public Order and obtain the Apostille.

Apostille can be only obtained on:

  • original government documents (e.g. Certificates from Registrar of Companies)
  • original documents notarized/certified by Certifying Officer. If you need a notarization/certification, please contact us!

During your order you will need to provide us with relevant information about the proposed names, share capital, directors, shareholder, etc. Once we receive the filled questionnaire, we will process your order and prepare the documents for you.

Once all corporate documents are prepared, you will have to send us the scan of signed documents, so we can register your company remotely.

We usually recommend for the business address to be in Limassol as it is considered to be the most business-oriented and international city on the island, with large number of foreign investors and start-ups.

When you use our Registered Office Address service, we will notify you once any correspondence arrives to our office and send you scans of the documents, so you are up to date!

We can also provide rental of an office desk, or rental of the office room if needed, e.g. for substance purposes.

In order to submit the Annual Return, you will need to fill & sign the relevant forms (available only in Greek language). You will also need to have the scan of your Financial Statements that relate to period for which you submit the annual return.

Our service of submitting the Annual Return already includes liaising with you, filling the forms in Greek language, preparing the documents for the Registry and submitting all set of documents together with the Annual Return form that we prepare.
